After sales

Our technical team is trained in after sales service for the equipment sold by the company.

One technician is dedicated solely to after sales service for the company.

We are certified dealers and installers for various manufacturers: Furuno, Navicom, Navico (Lowrance, Simrad, B&G), NKE.

The ‘guarantee on board’ is covered in this case.  That means if our technicians go on board, you don’t pay for the time spent on your boat.

This is the procedure to follow to make an after-sale request, concerning your electronical device:

  • Complete our contact form, choosing the field, “Request After Sales Visit”


  • Meet us in the office to explain your request/or bring us your defective device.

    • Don’t forget your invoice, this is the guarantee for after sales service requests

After our after sales technician has been on your boat or tested your device at the agency

  • If the device is under guarantee:

    • we either make the repairs ourselves, or

    • we return the equipment to the suppliers

Without the proof of guarantee, we cannot service the equipment.

ROBIN MARINE only guarantees products which it has sold.

For all items not sold by Robin Marine a fee of 35€ including tax will be invoiced for carriage and administration.



  • If the equipment is not under guarantee we will provide a quotation for the repair which you can accept or not.

If you don’t take up the quotation, a payment of 35€ including tax will be invoiced to you.

We give a 6 month guarantee on the repairs carried out in our workshop.


You will be informed as soon as the device is repaired or when our technician can attend on your boat.
